Is Jason Chan a Juno fan?

Lisa Mantchev shared the (gorgeous!) cover of her upcoming sequel, Perchance to Dream and I had an immediate thought when I saw it:

Is it just me or does Bertie look like Ellen Page?

I'm guessing Jason Chan liked Juno. (Not that there's anything wrong with that... Ellen Page is really pretty!)
